How to safely power risers for GPU Mining

This was a major source of confusion when I first started mining.  I kept hearing conflicting information about the use of the SATA adapter cables that frequently came with risers.  This video is a definitive guide I made after thoroughly researching the topic.  TLDW, don't use those cables.  More information in the video.  Enjoy.
